Xactlians are passionate about volunteering and are vocal advocates for corporate social responsibility, which is why the spirit of giving back was alive and thriving during Xactly's C.A.R.E. Week 2023. Each year, C.A.R.E. Week is an opportunity to let our company values (Customer Focus, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence) shine in the areas where Xactlians live and work. Let's take a journey through this impactful week, highlighting Xactly's dedication to making a positive difference, our recent award win, and philanthropy in action.

A Commitment to ESG

Everything that we do, including our growing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts, is guided by our core C.A.R.E. values (Customer Focus, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.). Xactly recognizes the urgent need to reduce carbon emissions and has set ambitious goals to measure, set targets, reduce, and offset its greenhouse gas emissions for shaping a sustainable future for businesses.

TrustRadius Tech Cares Award

Xactly has been honored with the prestigious TrustRadius Tech Cares Award for the fourth consecutive year. Megan Headley, VP of Research, TrustRadius, had this to say about our recognition, “From fostering a vibrant culture through volunteerism and community engagement to prioritizing environmental sustainability and promoting diversity & inclusion, Xactly exemplifies Tech Cares Award-winning dedication. Well done!" We’re proud of our commitment to volunteerism and dedication to making a meaningful impact.

C.A.R.E. Week 2023

Every year Xactlian’s carve out a week to focus on values, goals and culture. This year’s C.A.R.E. Week took place from August 21 to 25. With a global reach, the week's events were a testament to the power of collective action. Education and connection were the focal points this year, highlighting Xactly's commitment to empowering communities and building lasting relationships.

During C.A.R.E. Week, the XactlyOne Foundation organized an array of volunteer activities aimed at enriching the lives of others. From educational workshops to virtual mentorship programs, Xactlians came together to make a difference. The impact was profound, with nearly 300 employees dedicating their time, amounting to 710 volunteer hours.

The commitment to education and sustainability was evident as Xactly partnered with organizations like BeeUrban and Protect our Rivers. By raising funds and spreading awareness, Xactlians shined a light on the importance of protecting natural resources, fostering a brighter future for generations to come.

A Philanthropic Culture

Chris Cabrera, Founder and CEO of Xactly, has always been a passionate advocate of giving back. He believes that businesses have a profound role to play in fostering positive change. Xactlians embody this belief, exemplifying a remarkable philanthropic culture. Over the years, they have raised impressive funds in the amount of $1.5 million and volunteered close to 1,200 hours, leaving a lasting mark on the organizations and communities they serve.
