San Jose, Calif. — February 18, 2016 –– Xactly (NYSE: XTLY), a leading provider of cloud-based incentive solutions, today announced that Vormetric, an industry leader in data security solutions, has chosen Xactly to provide increased visibility for its quickly growing cloud sales team. To support Vormetric’s rapid growth, the company sought a solution that would speed processes and increase effectiveness to improve sales performance.

By implementing Xactly, Vormetric will reduce an extremely time-consuming incentive compensation process for administrators, and will also give sales representatives the visibility they need to stay motivated and sell solutions strategically.

“We’ve always had a very favorable impression of Xactly, and now was the right time to make the ICM purchase.
